Rafael joined the ParkX Management team in 2022 as a Senior Security Operations Manager. Prior to that, Rafael obtained a background in criminal justice and law enforcement, starting his security management career with Securitas Security Services before moving to Admiral Security Services as their Regional Operations Manager. His responsibilities at ParkX include managing onsite security staff, implementing officer training and licenses, ensuring site security for all, and coordinating with local law enforcement.
