Dylan Clemente
President

Dylan serves as the President of ParkX Management and has rapidly grown the company from 3 locations to over 50 locations with a 100% retention rate. He has been able to do this by stressing the importance of building and maintaining great relationships with clients in an industry where fantastic client service is not the standard. This growth has also allowed ParkX to increase its personnel by 30%, adding more jobs in the region.

Dylan collaborates closely with Ownership to implement strategies that utilize technology, mobility, and parking solutions, aiming to enhance both financial and intrinsic value for clients and parkers.

The National Parking Association awarded Dylan the 40 under 40 award for making a difference in the parking industry. Dylan is also an integral part of the community and also leads the philanthropic efforts of the Company. Dylan’s charitable contributions are not only monetary but also in service with Reston Youth Associations (he serves as a coach), Wreaths Across America, and the Cornerstones Thanksgiving Drive.

Mr. Clemente’s previous experience includes residential home building and property management, commercial property management, and corporate operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University in Sports Management, and his Masters of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.

Amadeus Hover
Vice President, Operations

Amadeus Hover joined ParkX in 2022, as a Portfolio Manager in the parking division. Prior to joining ParkX, he worked with Colonial Parking as a Senior Operations Manager, where he oversaw parking operations at high-end mixed-use facilities. He obtained his BA from Chapman University, and his JD from St John’s University School of Law. His responsibilities at ParkX include but are not limited to; modifying and expanding standard operating procedures, devising and implementing processes to meet client expectations, identifying potential revenue growth opportunities, assisting in the development of annual budgets and client statements, assisting in the acquisition of new locations and management of existing locations.

Brent Belmont
Senior Director, Business Development & Customer Relations

Brent Belmont has worked with the ParkX organization since January 2022. Prior to joining ParkX, Mr. Belmont worked for SKIDATA, Inc from 2014-2022. Throughout his time at SKIDATA, Inc, he moved up through multiple positions. From System Engineer and Software Trainer, to Project Manager, and lastly as an East Coast Sales Executive, he gained a diverse range of valuable experience. In Mr. Belmont’s current role as a Senior Director of Business Development and Customer Relations, in our parking division, he will be responsible for identifying and managing prospects, and successfully transitioning prospects to the ParkX operations team. Mr. Belmont attended East Carolina University where he studied Communication and Philosophy.

Rafael Iriarte
Senior Director, Operations

Rafael joined the ParkX Management team in 2022 as a Senior Security Operations Manager and was later promoted to Director of Security in recognition of his exceptional leadership and expertise. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of the District of Columbia and brings a strong foundation in criminal justice and law enforcement to his career in security management.

Rafael began his management career with Securitas Security Services, where he gained valuable experience overseeing operations and ensuring client satisfaction. He then advanced to Admiral Security Services as their Regional Operations Manager in Northern Virginia, a role in which he managed multiple sites, led large teams, and implemented effective security protocols.

At ParkX, Rafael is responsible for managing onsite security personnel across all properties, implementing comprehensive officer training and licensing programs, and ensuring that all sites meet the highest safety and security standards. He works closely with local law enforcement agencies to maintain seamless coordination during emergencies and to strengthen relationships within the community.

A member of ASIS International and DCJS certified private detective, Rafael stays actively engaged with the latest industry developments, contributing to his innovative approach to security management. His expertise, combined with his dedication to fostering a culture of safety, makes him a valued leader at ParkX.

Eileen Komperda
Director of Accounting

Eileen joined the ParkX organization in January of 2020. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Komperda was the Controller at Rockcrest Group, LLC, Comstock’s former Property Management Company. Ms. Komperda has been involved with ParkX’s Parking Operations since inception and has an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Management Reporting. Ms. Komperda is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Fordham University in New York City.

Heber Robles
Assistant Director, Remote Management Center

Heber Robles is an Assistant Director for ParkX Management. Heber began in the parking industry in 2012 with SP+ Parking at National Harbor. In 2018 he moved to Colonial Parking as an Assistant Operations Manager for Pike & Rose. Shortly after, Heber became the Operations Manager for multiple mixed-use facilities before joining ParkX.

In his current role with ParkX, Heber is responsible for the daily management of the Remote Management Center, as well as for new parking installations and site transitions.

Robin Wyatt
Assistant Director, Hotel Security

Robin Wyatt joined ParkX on June 2025, following his retirement from the Fairfax County Police Department on May 30, 2025, after twenty-nine years of dedicated service. He began and concluded his law enforcement career as a Patrol Officer at the Reston District Station. Over the course of his career, Mr. Wyatt held various specialized roles, including School Resource Officer, Motorcycle Officer, Canine Officer, Crisis Intervention Officer, and Crime Prevention Officer.

Before his career in law enforcement, Mr. Wyatt proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. He was assigned to the Second Force Reconnaissance and Surveillance Company at Camp Lejeune, NC.

Rubens Omar Flores
Senior Security Operations Manager

Rubens has ascended to the role of Senior Security Operations Manager within ParkX Management. His journey began in 2016 with Securitas Security Services, where he swiftly rose to become an Account Supervisor in Arlington, VA. Transitioning to Admiral Security Services in 2019, he managed accounts under Brookfield Properties. He then joined Maxsent Security in 2023, where he excelled as Assistant Director of Security, overseeing staffing, payroll operations, and client engagements.

Natasha Marks
Assistant Director of Operations

Natasha joined ParkX Management in 2022. Prior to joining ParkX, Natasha worked in the Naval Architecture department at General Dynamics Electric Boat and in the fraud department at Santander Bank. She obtained a BA in Economics from Rhode Island College. Her responsibilities at ParkX include monthly billing, reporting, accounts receivable, customer account management, and internal systems auditing.

Bekele Worku
Senior Area Manager

Bekele joined ParkX Management in 2022, as a Senior Area Manager. Bekele has worked in the industry for over 20 years and started his career as an attendant at Colonial Parking. He moved up to Operations Manager and managed commercial, residential and mixed use garages. His responsibilities at ParkX include ensuring all facilities operate in accordance with company policy, maintaining proper staffing, ensuring excellent customer service, analyzing financial information, reconciliation of accounts, and overseeing contract parking programs by ensuring proper billing, collection, and response to corporate clients.

Jerome Gray
Senior Security Operations Manager

Jerome joined the ParkX Management team in 2023 as a Location Manager then was promoted to Security Operations Manager. Jerome began his security career in the United States Air Force as a Security Police. After retirement, Jerome joined the private security sector, starting as an Account Manager with Admiral Security Services for over 10 years in Washington D.C. and Arlington. His responsibilities at ParkX Security include managing onsite security staffing, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing security policies and procedures.

Mauricio Fernandez
Senior Janitorial Operations Manager

Mauricio Fernandez is the Senior Janitorial Operations Manager at ParkX Management, with over 4 years of experience managing commercial janitorial operations in the Northern Virginia region with his previous company. In his role, he overseen cleaning services across a portfolio exceeding 1 million square feet of commercial space, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Mauricio has developed deep expertise in team leadership, quality control, and regulatory compliance. He has successfully recruited, trained, and managed large janitorial teams, while implementing safety protocols in alignment with OSHA standards and Green Cleaning practices. His hands-on approach and regular site inspections ensure that all ParkX-managed properties maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Well-known for his strong communication skills and proactive service delivery, Mauricio has played a key role in retaining and expanding janitorial service accounts throughout the region. His experience, professionalism, and dedication continue to make him a driving force behind ParkX’s high-quality janitorial operations.

Farhad Bahram
Senior Security Operations Manager

Farhad joins ParkX Management as a Security Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Farhad worked as a linguist with PAE/ TIU, working under the supervision of the DEA for 3 years. He then transitioned to the United States, where he served as a cargo security screening supervisor with Covenant Aviation and Prosegur. Subsequently, he joined MaxSent Security as a supervisor, eventually earning a promotion to assistant director, a position he held for nearly 3 years.

Kayley Snyder
Parking Accounts Manager

Kayley Snyder joined ParkX in January of 2024. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Snyder attended James Madison University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing. Her responsibilities at ParkX include but are not limited to: assisting with monthly billing, reporting, accounts receivable, customer account management, and supporting the ParkX team.

Moriah Handy
HR & Recruiting Coordinator

Moriah Handy joined ParkX in July 2024 as a Recruiter. Prior to joining ParkX, she worked at Steptoe & Johnson LLP as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. She obtained her B.S. from Bridgewater College in Communication, Technology and Culture.

Aiden Miles
Manager, Remote Management Center

Aidan Miles joined ParkX Management in 2022 as a Remote Management Center Attendant. Before that, he worked in customer service. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minor in Business from George Mason University. In his current job, Aidan handles the day-to-day operations of the Remote Management Center.

Gianna Pento
Business Development Associate

Gianna joined ParkX in July of 2025. Prior to joining ParkX, Gianna was a Strategy and Consulting Senior Analyst at Accenture Federal Services. She obtained a BBA in Management at JMU, with concentrations in Human Resources and European Business. Gianna is a Business Development Associate, and her responsibilities at ParkX include proposal development, client engagement, and market analysis & research.

Laman Ahmadova
Jr. Account Manager

Laman joined ParkX in March 2025. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Ahmadova moved to the US from Azerbaijan. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from Mendel University in the Czech Republic and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Azerbaijan State Economic University. Her responsibilities at ParkX include but are not limited to: auditing, licensing, uniform management, and supporting the ParkX team.

Zach Shields
Manager, Remote Management Center

Zach joined ParkX Management in January of 2025 as a Remote Management Center Attendant. He attended Emporia State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Music in Saxophone Performance. Prior to joining the parking industry, Zach worked in the entertainment and customer service industries.

In his current role, Zach oversees the day-to-day operations of the Remote Management Center and supports on-site operations.
