Dylan Clemente
President

Dylan serves as the President of ParkX Management and has led the company’s growth from three locations to over 50. Under his leadership, ParkX has evolved from supporting in-house parking operations to partnering with more than 30 property management companies, while expanding into a full-service provider of parking, security, janitorial, and food & beverage services. This success is rooted in Dylan’s emphasis on building and sustaining strong client relationships in an industry where exceptional service is not always the standard. This growth has also enabled ParkX to expand its workforce by over 30%, creating meaningful job opportunities throughout the region.

Dylan works closely with Ownership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that integrate technology, mobility, and comprehensive facility service solutions. His approach is focused on enhancing both the financial performance and overall experience of the assets and clients ParkX serves.

Dylan has been recognized by the National Parking Association as a 40 Under 40 honoree for his contributions to the industry. He is also deeply committed to community involvement and leads ParkX’s philanthropic efforts, supporting organizations such as Reston Youth Association, where he serves as a coach, as well as Wreaths Across America and the Cornerstones Thanksgiving Drive. His contributions extend beyond financial support, reflecting a hands-on commitment to community engagement.

Prior to leading ParkX, Dylan’s experience included residential home building and property management, commercial property management, and corporate operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.

Amadeus Hover
Vice President

Amadeus Hover joined ParkX in 2022 and serves as Vice President, playing a critical role in the company’s continued growth and operational excellence. Since joining, he has expanded his scope from the parking division to overseeing operations across all service lines, including parking, security, janitorial, and food & beverage. Amadeus is deeply involved in the day-to-day and strategic functions of the business, with a hands-on approach that supports both new growth and the ongoing success of existing partnerships.

Prior to joining ParkX, Amadeus served as a Senior Operations Manager with Colonial Parking, where he managed high-profile mixed-use assets. He holds a BA from Chapman University and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law. At ParkX, he provides leadership across operations, financial performance, acquisitions, and client strategy—driving scalable processes, optimizing asset performance, and supporting the company’s continued expansion into new markets and service lines.

Brent Belmont
Senior Director, Business Development & Customer Relations

Brent Belmont has worked with ParkX since January 2022 and serves as Senior Director of Business Development & Client Relations. In this role, he is the primary driver of new business for the organization and the first point of contact for prospective clients across all service lines, including parking, security, janitorial, and food & beverage. Brent plays a key role in shaping client relationships from initial engagement through successful transition to operations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and ParkX service delivery.

Prior to joining ParkX, Brent worked for SKIDATA, Inc. from 2014–2022, where he advanced through multiple roles including System Engineer, Software Trainer, Project Manager, and ultimately East Coast Sales Executive. This progression provided him with a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in client-facing sales and implementation within the parking technology sector. Brent attended East Carolina University, where he studied Communication and Philosophy.

Rafael Iriarte
Senior Director, Operations

Rafael Iriarte joined ParkX Management in 2022 as Senior Security Operations Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Director of Security & Janitorial Operations in recognition of his leadership and operational impact. He established and now oversees ParkX’s security and janitorial divisions, leading a significant portion of the company’s workforce across all properties and service lines.

Rafael holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of the District of Columbia and began his career with Securitas Security Services, where he gained foundational experience in operations management and client service delivery. He later advanced to Admiral Security Services as Regional Operations Manager for Northern Virginia, overseeing multiple sites and large teams while implementing standardized operational protocols.

A member of ASIS International and a DCJS-certified private detective, Rafael remains actively engaged in industry developments, bringing a forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach to security and facilities management. At ParkX, he is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s security and janitorial services, including workforce management, training and compliance programs, and site performance standards. He partners closely with clients, internal leadership, and external agencies to ensure consistent service delivery and a high standard of safety, reliability, and professionalism across all properties.

Director, Hotel Security JW Marriott Hotel & Residences

Marcus Taylor is a highly accomplished security executive with more than two decades of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, where he last served as the Chief of Security at MGM National Harbor. Marcus led the Security department in developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures that ensured a safe and memorable environment for guests and employees.

Marcus now joins ParkX Management as Director of Hotel Security at the JW Marriott Reston Station, where he will oversee all security operations for the luxury hotel and its associated facilities.

Known for his commitment to service excellence and team development, Marcus has been an active contributor to corporate social responsibility initiatives, operations committees, and service programs. His career reflects a proven ability to balance operational oversight with guest service, community engagement, and organizational leadership. Marcus’s educational background includes Oakland Community College and Mercyhurst College.

Director, Parking Operations

Jim Fitzgerald joined ParkX in October 2025 as Director of Parking Operations. Prior to ParkX, he served as Parking Director for Monday Properties, where he oversaw a portfolio of seven Class-A office parking facilities in Arlington, Virginia. Jim also spent 10 years with SP+, managing a diverse portfolio of 30 properties across the Washington, D.C. region—including office buildings, stadiums, hospitals, hotels, and mixed-use facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from La Salle University.

Rudy Covarrubias
Director, Janitorial Services

Rudy Covarrubias serves as Director, Janitorial Services at ParkX Management, where he is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations, account performance, and field execution across a diverse, multi-site portfolio. He brings extensive experience leading operations teams, managing complex service environments, and supporting account transitions with a strong focus on consistency, reliability, and service delivery.

At ParkX, Rudy works closely with senior leadership and operations managers to evaluate on-site conditions, strengthen operational processes, and ensure janitorial standards are clearly defined and consistently applied, with an emphasis on quality outcomes and safe work practices. His leadership approach is hands-on and field-focused, prioritizing accountability, communication, and practical execution to support both teams and clients.

Rudy’s background includes leadership roles in facilities and janitorial service operations across residential, commercial, and institutional environments. His experience spans quality management, account start-ups, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational stability and client satisfaction. He holds a degree in Business Administration.

Jeff Thorpe
Director, Facility Services

Jeff Thorpe spent 30 years with Fairfax Water before retiring in December 2014, where he played a key role in the organization’s Condition-Based, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance programs. He is licensed in Vibration Analysis and brings extensive expertise in maintenance operations and facilities management.

In 2016, Jeff joined the City of Winchester’s Maintenance Department, overseeing the management of the city’s parking garages. He transitioned to ParkX in September 2017, where he currently leads the engineering team for the Reston Station, Loudoun Station, and Reston Row garages—managing critical systems including electrical infrastructure, fire and life safety, and capital projects.

Eileen Komperda
Director of Accounting

Eileen joined the ParkX organization in January of 2020. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Komperda was the Controller at Rockcrest Group, LLC, Comstock’s former Property Management Company. Ms. Komperda has been involved with ParkX’s Parking Operations since inception and has an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Management Reporting. Ms. Komperda is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Fordham University in New York City.

Rubens Omar Flores
Assistant Director, Security Services

Rubens has ascended to the role of Senior Security Operations Manager within ParkX Management. His journey began in 2016 with Securitas Security Services, where he swiftly rose to become an Account Supervisor in Arlington, VA. Transitioning to Admiral Security Services in 2019, he managed accounts under Brookfield Properties. He then joined Maxsent Security in 2023, where he excelled as Assistant Director of Security, overseeing staffing, payroll operations, and client engagements.

Dustin Hill
Dustin Hill
Assistant Security Director

Dustin joins ParkX Management as Assistant Security Director, where he will oversee security operations for DC and Maryland. Dustin Hill is an executive security professional with over 15 years of experience in security management involving directly managing and overseeing security operations for various clients in DC, MD and VA. Dustin led and developed security operations at multiple locations ranging from Class A commercial office space, residential properties, high end retail areas, and college facilities. Dustin has most recently served as the Portfolio Manager for a prestigious property management company servicing the DMV area. Dustin has been successful in assisting properties and clients with implementing affective procedures and protocols to ensure the security and overall safety of all parties visiting our locations.

Dustin is known for his high level of enthusiasm towards proving quality customer service through security. During his years of servicing the area, Dustin has made connections with multiple law enforcement agencies and community service outlets which often serve as an invaluable resource when police activity or guidance is warranted. Dustin is an active member of multiple BID groups which help our clients stay active and involved in the community with the latest updates regarding activity and events in the area. With his years of security expertise combined with his ability to provide innovative and affective security solutions, Dustin will be able to provide exemplary service to our clients throughout the DMV.

Natasha Marks
Director, Client Relations

Natasha joined ParkX Management in 2022. Prior to joining ParkX, Natasha worked in the Naval Architecture department at General Dynamics Electric Boat and in the fraud department at Santander Bank. She obtained a BA in Economics from Rhode Island College. Her responsibilities at ParkX include monthly billing, reporting, accounts receivable, customer account management, and internal systems auditing.

Bekele Worku
Senior Area Manager

Bekele joined ParkX Management in 2022, as a Senior Area Manager. Bekele has worked in the industry for over 20 years and started his career as an attendant at Colonial Parking. He moved up to Operations Manager and managed commercial, residential and mixed use garages. His responsibilities at ParkX include ensuring all facilities operate in accordance with company policy, maintaining proper staffing, ensuring excellent customer service, analyzing financial information, reconciliation of accounts, and overseeing contract parking programs by ensuring proper billing, collection, and response to corporate clients.

Senior Area Manager

Bahaa is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in valet and parking management across mixed-use properties. Prior to joining ParkX Management, he served as an Area Manager with Ace Parking, overseeing a diverse portfolio that included high-end hotels, convention hotels, and hospitality properties of all types. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and currently oversees valet operations at the JW Marriott, 1900 Reston Plaza Valet, and several additional locations. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining optimal staffing levels, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing financial reconciliation, and driving profitability across all managed facilities.

Mauricio Fernandez
Senior Janitorial Operations Manager

Mauricio Fernandez is the Senior Janitorial Operations Manager at ParkX Management, with over 4 years of experience managing commercial janitorial operations in the Northern Virginia region with his previous company. In his role, he overseen cleaning services across a portfolio exceeding 1 million square feet of commercial space, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Mauricio has developed deep expertise in team leadership, quality control, and regulatory compliance. He has successfully recruited, trained, and managed large janitorial teams, while implementing safety protocols in alignment with OSHA standards and Green Cleaning practices. His hands-on approach and regular site inspections ensure that all ParkX-managed properties maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Well-known for his strong communication skills and proactive service delivery, Mauricio has played a key role in retaining and expanding janitorial service accounts throughout the region. His experience, professionalism, and dedication continue to make him a driving force behind ParkX’s high-quality janitorial operations.

Anthony Villatoro

Senior Operations Manager

Anthony Villatoro is a Senior Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the professional janitorial industry. His background includes managing large portfolios and leading large teams across a wide variety of diverse environments, ranging from standard commercial and residential spaces to high-stakes critical infrastructure, such as data centers. This tenure has provided him with a deep understanding of the specialized cleaning protocols and technical standards required to maintain a wide range of facility types.

His professional focus centers on Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, and the complexities of multi-site custodial management. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for maintaining consistent contractual compliance and client retention by overseeing all aspects of the janitorial operation, including complex staffing requirements, payroll management, and site-specific logistics. By integrating rigorous oversight with a comprehensive knowledge of custodial best practices, he ensures that even the most demanding operational environments are serviced with precision and reliability.

Farhad Bahram
Senior Security Operations Manager

Farhad joins ParkX Management as a Security Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Farhad worked as a linguist with PAE/ TIU, working under the supervision of the DEA for 3 years. He then transitioned to the United States, where he served as a cargo security screening supervisor with Covenant Aviation and Prosegur. Subsequently, he joined MaxSent Security as a supervisor, eventually earning a promotion to assistant director, a position he held for nearly 3 years.

Steven Devries
Steven Devries
Senior Security Operations Manager

Steven joins ParkX Management as a Senior Security Operations Manager. Prior to this role Steven served in the United States Army for 11 years as a Combat Medic as Team Leader for 1-12 Cav 3rd Brigade Combat team with multiple medals and citations. Unfortunately, Steven was wounded in Combat and Medically retired from the United States Army. He transitioned to Verizon Wireless and Was a Solutions Manager for 5 years where he was in charge of a wireless location. He is a proud Wounded Warrior and Disabled Veteran.

Kayley Snyder
Manager, Business Administration

Kayley Snyder joined ParkX in January of 2024. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Snyder attended James Madison University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing. Her responsibilities at ParkX include but are not limited to: assisting with monthly billing, reporting, accounts receivable, customer account management, and supporting the ParkX team.

Aiden Miles
Senior Manager, Remote Management Center

Aidan Miles joined ParkX Management in 2022 as a Remote Management Center Attendant. Before that, he worked in customer service. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minor in Business from George Mason University. In his current job, Aidan handles the day-to-day operations of the Remote Management Center.

Senior Operations Manager, Food and Beverage

Prior to joining ParkX, I worked exclusively with Starbucks brand for 25 years as an Area Manager & subsequently, as a General Manager. During that time, I focused on manager development and training, mentoring, and on ensuring smooth and consistent site operations.

My responsibilities included oversight of high-volume DT locations and Lic Stores, where I created regional learning sessions on managing the middle of P&Ls, the recalibration of stores to brand standards, and the opening of new locations. I was proud to drive stores to profitability and or to the top 10% tier of revenue earners within Corporate America Starbucks Coffee Company.

On a personal note, I emigrated from Dublin in 1990, have two kids, and have a passion for hitting the roads with my husband on our Harley.

Keanna Stevenson joined ParkX in August 2025 as a parking attendant and transferred to the Accounts Team in January 2026. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Stevenson attended Arizona State University where she graduated with her BA in Organizational Leadership. Her responsibilities at ParkX include but are not limited to: assisting with monthly billing, reporting, accounts receivable, customer account management, and supporting the ParkX team.

Laman Ahmadova
Jr. Account Manager

Laman joined ParkX in March 2025. Prior to joining ParkX, Ms. Ahmadova moved to the US from Azerbaijan. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from Mendel University in the Czech Republic and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Azerbaijan State Economic University. Her responsibilities at ParkX include but are not limited to: auditing, licensing, uniform management, and supporting the ParkX team.

Zach Shields
Manager, Remote Management Center

Zach joined ParkX Management in January of 2025 as a Remote Management Center Attendant. He attended Emporia State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Music in Saxophone Performance. Prior to joining the parking industry, Zach worked in the entertainment and customer service industries.

In his current role, Zach oversees the day-to-day operations of the Remote Management Center and supports on-site operations.
