ParkX Security established a visible presence on-site, observing and reporting concerns and assisting with parking management tasks, while also engaging pleasantly with tenants and guests. With dual parking and security management, ParkX was able to significantly cut labor costs. Since ParkX Security Officers are extensively trained on how to handle parking issues, the need for dedicated parking attendants is reduced, therefore, providing for a much more cohesive on-site operation.
Every ParkX Security Officer is background checked, goes through extensive security training, and is DCJS certified. At Westpost, our licensed and trained Security Officers are cross-trained to handle parker and parking equipment issues and undergo consistent parking hardware maintenance training. We utilize ParkX Patrol and Workforce Management Platform for all on-site attendants, officers, and managers. This system allows us to put checkpoints in all relevant areas of the facility that needs to be monitored. By monitoring entrances, patrolling the premises, and controlling access points, they contribute to the prevention of unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other criminal acts.
In the event of an emergency, ParkX Security Officers are trained to respond promptly and effectively. They can assess the situation, provide initial assistance, and coordinate with emergency services. Their familiarity with the facility’s layout, emergency procedures, and communication systems enables them to facilitate a swift and organized response, minimizing potential damage, injuries, and panic. They are trained to gather and report information accurately, maintaining detailed incident logs and providing valuable evidence if needed. Their collaboration with law enforcement enhances Westpost’s security infrastructure and facilitates a more efficient response to emergencies and criminal incidents.
